Rotational Branch Manager Training Program

Rotational Branch Manager Training Program

Join Our Team

Management trainees in our Rotational Branch Manager Program gain exposure to a variety of positions within retail banking with the goal of becoming a branch manager upon completion of the program. A branch manager is responsible for community development, branch profitability, sales, staffing, branch operations and compliance, and business development. To develop the necessary skills to become a branch manager, management trainees rotate through various positions within the retail bank including: teller, banker, teller supervisor, assistant manager, branch operations, and the customer contact center.

This position is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to start a career in banking. Throughout this 24 to 36 month program, management trainees learn how to manage a successful banking center focused on serving the needs of the Chicagoland communities and neighborhoods we serve. We are members of many local chambers of commerce, and we’re active in local charities, government, school boards, and community development activities.

A typical day includes:

  • Classroom, on the job, and online training
  • Mentorship and job shadowing
  • Working with customers and prospects
